A creative response to reclaim and reimagine the narratives of vintage magazine covers. This project began when I stumbled upon the covers of Film Fun magazine while searching for images to use in collages. Their overtly sexist and objectifying portrayal of women inspired me to transform these models into protagonists of their own adventures, shifting the focus away from being mere objects of male desire. Using Photoshop, I explored a new aesthetic, experimenting with "false 3D" effects by blending photographs and typography as visual elements. This process not only redefined the narrative but also expanded my creative approach and technical skills.
